For me there is nothing better than the smell of freshly ground coffee (as you could read in my previous posts on coffee)… I’m sure you know the smell I’m talking about, if not, just go to your local coffee shop (FYI, I’m not talking about the Dutch coffee shops where you buy marihuana) the smell you’ll get to experience there is just soooo good.  Another prerequisite for coffee is the taste! Of course the taste, just like any other product if you ask me…

Last week I got to taste 3 new types of Senseo Coffee: Senseo Regular, Senseo Café latte and the Lungo Forte. I know that some people are of the opinion that brands like Senseo don’t make nice coffee, but I can say for a fact that the coffee they make tastes good! It is just a matter of taste, not that the coffee is bad (otherwise I’m sure it just wouldn’t get sold)

From all three coffees the one I liked less was the Café latte, the reason for this is that I prefer a regular coffee with fresh cold milk in it. BUT what I can say for a fact is the all three are both a true pleasure for nose and mouth… (this time even for the eye, as they got new packaging) The smell that gets spread when you open the packages is just wonderful (I wanted to use breathtaking, but not sure if all people would see it as a good thing 🙂 ) and really feels like walking in that local coffee shop where they are grounding coffee …

The Senseo Regular is for a wider range of people, a smooth to drink coffee with not too much complexity and the perfect cup of joy to relax. In case you would prefer some more complexity, I would suggest going for the Lungo forte (Lungo stands for a big cup of coffee, not an espresso or mokka).

Anyway if you want to know which one is best, I can only suggest one thing, try it 🙂
